Can you get paid channels pay per view sports movies ect?
You will receive all Free To Air Channels. Digital and analog MPEG2
channels. You can receive premium paid channels for free using
a free to air satellite receiver, by downloading software off the
internet, however it is braking the law and we can not nor do help
anyone do that. If you buy a free to air satellite receiver and
download software to get paid channels free we are in no way braking
the law, we sell free to air receivers for free to air use, we do
not suggest braking this law or any other law. We can not nor will
ever help anyone brake the law. Do Not Ever ask us any questions or

Where do I get additional software?
A. Updates often come up to update the channel guide or small
issues they are not required. We supply stander software installed on
the unit. We do not supply additional software however they are readily
available on LOTS forums and web boards such as
Al7Bar. We are not
allowed to offer you the software and sell the unit by law, however each
unit is shipped with a manual. **NO STORE sells units with free to
air receivers with illegal software loaded! If you wanted that type of
software you must buy a unit then get the software**

What size dish do I need?
A. You can use a stander 75cm small satellite dish for the US
boundaries . This size satellite is stander, there for you have the
required size or bigger, bigger the better. Southern Canada or Northern Mexico should
use 90cm or larger.
Q. Can i use a satellite i have from Dish
network or Direct TV?
A. Yes you can, all satellite dishes are equal and will work fine.
All satellite dishes are the same other then the LNB(s) and size.

A. No, no one can guarantee
"free channels." You will all fta channels at no cost.

I heard there are channels on C-band as well. Will your receiver
pick up C-band?
A. Yes, it will receive C-band
and Ku-band. C-band requires a larger dish, a C-band feed,
and LNB. Most users have a Direct TV dish or Dish Network dish
that is big enough for C-Band and Ku-band.

Can I add your receiver to my existing C-band system?
A. Yes, you can. If you want to receive Ku-band signals on your
C-band dish.

How do I find the satellite?
A. The satellite you want to
use will be determined by the programming you want to view. Telstar
5 is a very popular satellite for ethnic channels, Bloomberg, etc.
Once you know what satellite networks you want to receive you the

How do I peak my dish?
A. You can do it by trail and error, with your receiver it will
tell you how strong the signal is. Or you can purchase a inexpensive signal meter for

A. We will exchange any unit that has a manufactory's error or bug
for a brand new unit. Each unit has a full warranty coving parts and
labor for at least 2 year.

I want two receivers. What do I need?
A. You will need a dual LNB.
Normally, this will be a direct replacement for your existing LNB.
Just run a second coax from the dual LNB to your
second receiver.

I want more than two receivers. Now what do I need?
A. You will need the dual LNB and a device called a multi-switch
which allows for several receivers. The most common is a four
receiver switch. Every unit we sell we give away a free switch.

Can I use a diplexer to consolidate my local broadcast channels
with my satellite signal?
A. Yes, you will need two diplexers;
one to combine the signal on the outside and another one to separate
those signals on the inside of your home.
